Dale expanded his services in 1989 to include medical practice management services to physician groups. The consulting practice has grown to include a wide range of specialties throughout Texas. Cooper Graci & Company is endorsed by the Texas Medical Association. The projects Dale has handled include:

Dale is a partner with Cooper Graci & Company, P.A., and is in charge of the health care services section of the firm. In Addition to writing a monthly medical newsletter, Dale is a regular contributor to the Texas MGMA Quarterly Newsletter.
